The ice cream doesn't taste original but I like how exciting are them! My son loves it

This location is a Pengo Boba place, at first it was hard to notice when looking for it in the shopping center of Ralphs. Once we saw inside, we knew we were in the right place. It was cute inside and had a wall we definitely took pictures of our boba with. The team was really helpful in letting us know the flavors that they were out of for that day but that didn't stop us. I got just a standard milk tea with tapioca boba and my friend got a taro tea. Both were really good and we're glad we stopped by.

Austin was amazing!!! he was really sweet! walked in and greeted with a warm welcome!!! i got the iced creme brule w boba and it was really good! my friend got the cookie and cream milkshake and she said it was really good as well! it was super cute inside the store as well! decor made the vibe way higher and happier :)

Easily accessible with a large menu! I ordered the frozen yogurt with boba and caramel sauce on top! It was the perfect little treat in between the errands I was running that day! Staff was super friendly and did not have a problem finding a place to sit.

This is a Pengo Boba dessert location called Fluffy Bear. It was mediocre at best. The ice cream was light and could use more cream. The service was a little slow and the ambiance was typical boba shop with limited seating. There's no outdoor seating available. They had some items that were not available that night.

Love that we found a local place for bingsu - or I think it's listed on menu as "bing snow" - but basically very fluffy, light and airy shaved ice - definitely distinct from Hawaiian shaved ice that I've had - both amazing in their own ways. Just the right amount of sweetness. Loved the fresh mango!

The atmosphere of this place is nicely decorated, although some tables felt a bit crammed. The customer service was okay; when I mentioned it was my first time, the cashier could have explained the menu. The drinks were really good, the milkshake was tasty, and the ice cream was okay. Since we didn't try any food, I can't comment on that, but overall, it was a good experience.

My family and I were looking for a desert place and close enough from the Civic Center across the street. We had no idea what to expect. We were greated right away from the friendly staff and they were very patient with us, while we were deciding and testing the soft serve, which ended up being so amazing especially the Taro! We had a great time and the decorations were so cute and place was warm and cozy too! We will be back again soon! Thank you for being there!
